  1. Invoices with credit notes

    Every order can have a numbered invoice, which cannot be edited once issued. A refund creates a credit note against it.

None of these has a date. Each is either built and switched off, or planned. None is part of the product today.

Built, switched off

  • Staff logins. Invite your team as Manager, Florist or Driver, each seeing only what they should. Extra logins will be a paid extra.
  • A driver view. A phone-first list of the day’s stops, with proof-of-delivery photos and a “couldn’t deliver” note.
  • Discount codes. Create, stop and delete promo codes, with one code per basket.
  • A support desk. A help page in the portal where you send a ticket and see the replies.
  • Sprout. A help chat inside the portal that answers “how do I…” from our guides. At the moment we do not charge for it.AI

Planned

  • The FloristGrow AI assistant. A paid add-on that looks things up in your shop and proposes changes for you to approve.
  • A payment link by email for an unpaid order.
  • A “download my data” button for when you leave.

How to tell us what to build

We offer founding florists a direct WhatsApp line to the founders, Imran and Trey. We also offer them catch-ups with the founders for feedback, updates and new features, arranged with them. Tell us what is missing, what is slow, what you wish it did on a Saturday in December.

We will not promise to build every request. What we will do is say plainly on this page what we are doing and what we are not.

Standard price £99 a month.

We’re opening FloristGrow to independent UK florists ahead of a public launch. While the founding offer is open, we create your shop on the founding rate of £74.25 a month, for as long as your subscription runs. Our standard price is £99 a month. Your rate is fixed when we create your shop, not when you join the list. We can close the offer to new florists at any time; once you have the rate, closing it changes nothing for you. Both prices are before VAT. We do not charge VAT today; if we register for VAT, it will be added on top, with at least 30 days’ written notice.
