Compare us with the others. We’ve done the sums.
Dated prices and features for FloristPro, eFlora and BloomScribe, side by side with ours. Where we’re behind, we say so.
Prices and features checked 15 October 2026, from each company’s own public pages. Next check due 15 November 2026.
How we checked
We read each company’s own public pages: pricing, features, FAQ and terms where they are published. We did not sign up for demos or trials. We keep dated copies of the pages behind these figures.
“Not found on the pages we read” means exactly that: we could not find it described on the pages we read on 15 October 2026. That is not proof it does not exist. A company may offer something we did not find, so check with them.
We could not read Florist Window’s website on 15 October 2026, so we quote no Florist Window price. By its own listing on Worldpay’s partner site, over 600 florists use its platform, and “each design is bespoke” (its words).
If a fact on this page is out of date or wrong, email support@floristgrow.co.uk and we will correct it.
The prices, side by side
All prices are monthly unless stated. Where a company says whether VAT is added, we show it. So do we.

Digital Florists runs orders and deliveries, and we found no stand-alone florist website product on its pages, so it is not in this table.
The sums
Against FloristPro: we are not the cheapest
FloristPro is £64.95 a month plus VAT, which is £77.94 with VAT, and £99.95 plus VAT to set up. After the first year that is about £935 a year with VAT. FloristGrow at £99 is £1,188 a year, about £253 more. At the founding rate of £74.25 it is £891 a year, about £44 less than FloristPro with VAT, and with no setup fee.
If you are VAT-registered you can reclaim the VAT on FloristPro’s fees, which brings it to about £779 a year, below ours. We are not going to hide that. We do not charge VAT today; if we register for VAT, it will be added on top, with at least 30 days’ written notice.
Against eFlora: commission changes the sum
eFlora charges £95 a month plus 7.5% of every order, including its delivery charge, plus £150 to start, all plus VAT. Its pricing page says the 7.5% covers merchant fees and fraud cover. Stripe’s fees are the nearest comparable cost on our side. They do not include fraud cover: with FloristGrow, fraud and chargeback losses are yours; eFlora’s pricing page says it covers fraudulent orders.
| Online sales a month | eFlora: £95 + 7.5% | FloristGrow at £99, with Stripe’s fees | FloristGrow at £74.25, with Stripe’s fees |
|---|---|---|---|
| £1,000 | £170 plus VAT | £118 | £93.25 |
| £3,000 | £320 plus VAT | £156 | £131.25 |
| £5,000 | £470 plus VAT | £194 | £169.25 |
eFlora’s fees also pay for services we do not provide, such as a design consultation, registering your domain and loading the Interflora catalogue.
At £5,000 a month, eFlora costs more than twice as much on these assumptions: £5,640 plus VAT a year against £2,328. At very low sales eFlora comes out lower: it costs more than FloristGrow at £99 once your online sales pass about £71 a month. After that the gap widens with every order.
Other cards, such as EU and international cards, cost more at Stripe (Stripe’s UK pricing page, 15 October 2026), so use your own sales and your own average order. Add eFlora’s £150 sign-up fee in year one.
Features we could not find on the other providers’ public pages
No commission, against eFlora. eFlora takes 7.5% of order value including delivery (efloraservices.co.uk/pricing, 15 October 2026). FloristGrow takes no commission on your sales. FloristPro and BloomScribe state no commission either, so on this we match them.
No setup fee, against some. FloristPro charges £99.95 plus VAT, eFlora £150 plus VAT and Florist Touch £20 to £750+. FloristGrow and BloomScribe charge nothing to set up.
Features we could not find described elsewhere. On the pages we read on 15 October 2026 (FloristPro, BloomScribe, Florist Touch, Digital Florists and Strelitzia, and eFlora’s homepage and pricing page), we could not find these described. Any of these companies may offer them: ask them. If one does, email support@floristgrow.co.uk and we will correct this page.

Where we match
Other platforms do these too, and we say so.
- Closed dates. FloristPro offers “control of your online calendar”.
- Delivery areas and same-day cut-offs. FloristPro’s listing on Worldpay’s partner site describes delivery areas, prices and same-day cut-off times, and BloomScribe lists delivery management.
- Click and collect. eFlora lists it.
- Several recipients in one order. Florist Window’s listing describes delivery to multiple destinations in one order.
- Moving your products over. BloomScribe says it migrates your products for free. We move your product text over for free, from any platform, and you add your own photos.
Where they are ahead of us
- Price. BloomScribe is £29.99 a month, Florist Touch £35, and FloristPro £64.95 plus VAT. All are below £99.
- Moving your Google rankings. BloomScribe says it moves your products, images and Google rankings for free. We also move your products over from your current website for you, free, whatever it’s built on, but we do not move your Google rankings. We move the text. You add your own photos from your original files, and confirm they are yours as you upload them.
- Speed to live. BloomScribe says most sites are live in 5 to 7 working days. We create each shop ourselves and do not quote a go-live time.
- A driver app with delivery photos. Florist Touch lists one, with a route and a delivery photo. Ours is built and not switched on yet.
- A till. Florist Touch and Digital Florists list a till or point of sale. FloristGrow has none, and does not manage stock.
- Other ways to pay. BloomScribe lists Apple Pay and Google Pay. FloristGrow takes card payments through Stripe, and we list no other methods.
- Track record and phone support. FloristPro says it has designed websites for over 700 florists since 2007. FloristGrow is new and has no track record to point to yet, and we do not offer phone support.
