Know who orders, and what the shop is doing.

A customer list with what each person has spent. Sales reports for the month or the year. Connect Google Analytics and Search Console, and the figures sit on the dashboard next to your takings.

Your customers

Find a customer and see their orders, their total spend and the date of their last order. For customers who pay monthly, print a statement for any month from their page.

Shopper accounts that belong to your shop. A shopper registers and signs in on your shop only, not across other florists. They see their order history, save addresses and reset their own password. These went live on 6 October 2026.

A blocklist. Add the email address of a customer you do not want ordering from your website.

Your dashboard

Sales. See gross sales, number of orders, average order value, what has been collected and your top products, for the last 7, 30 or 90 days. Cancelled orders are not counted.

Search and traffic. Connect Google Analytics and Search Console and your dashboard can show how you appear in Google search: clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position and the searches people typed. We do the linking, and the section appears once that is done. Until then the dashboard says “Not linked”. Email support@floristgrow.co.uk and we will set it up.

Reports

Choose a month, a year or a range of up to 366 days. See orders, revenue, refunds and net revenue. Download a CSV of the report, or a CSV of your orders marked paid or unpaid, for your accountant.

What changed, and who changed it

The activity log lists what changed in your shop and who changed it: an order refunded, an order marked ready. Filter by action.

Staff logins, so each person on your team works under their own name and sees only what their role allows, are built and switched off. They are not part of the product today.
