A shop that answers questions at 11pm on a Tuesday.

The concierge on your shop reads your live catalogue and recommends products, with photos, when customers ask. You get on with the arranging.

The demo shop Marlowe & May with the concierge chat open, headed Flower assistant, greeting the shopper, and a question typed in.
Live

The shopper concierge

A chat window on your shop, open all day and night. It reads your live catalogue and shows the products it recommends with their photos. A customer who is not sure what to send for a sympathy occasion, an anniversary or a birthday gets somewhere to start.

On the shop, the chat window is headed ‘Flower assistant’. That is the shopper concierge, not the paid FloristGrow AI assistant, which is coming.

It recommends. It does not take orders. Customers still choose their size and date and check out in your shop, where your delivery rules apply.

It is part of the platform, and it is on for your shop.

The same shopper concierge already runs on Blooms at London’s website.

What it cannot do.

Like any AI chat it can get things wrong. Check how it talks about your shop when you try it, and tell us if anything needs fixing. Messages sent to it are processed by Anthropic’s Claude API; our privacy policy explains how.

Has anyone else got one?

On the pages we read from FloristPro, eFlora, BloomScribe, Florist Touch, Digital Florists and Strelitzia on 15 October 2026, we could not find an AI chat for shoppers described. That does not mean none of them has one. We could not read Florist Window’s site. Separate chat tools for florists are sold by other companies, and we are not saying ours is the only one.

Sprout, a help chat inside the portal

Coming

Sprout is built but not switched on yet. When it is, it will answer “how do I…” questions from FloristGrow’s help guides, inside the portal, so you are not hunting through menus on a Saturday in December.

  • It answers from our guides, and it can be wrong. Check anything that matters against the guide.
  • It cannot see your orders, products or customers.
  • When it cannot help, it will point you to a support ticket.
  • At the moment we do not charge for it.

Status: built and switched off. No date for switching it on.

The FloristGrow AI assistant (a paid add-on)

Coming

For florists who want more than a help chat: an assistant that looks things up in your shop and proposes changes, such as adding a product or closing a date. It changes nothing until you approve it.

It will be a separate paid add-on, priced separately from your subscription. It is planned, with no release date.
