- 30-day free trial, card required
The two prices
Founding rate £74.25 a month
While the founding offer is open, we create your shop on the founding rate of £74.25 a month, for as long as your subscription runs. Our standard price is £99 a month. Your rate is fixed when we create your shop, not when you join the list. We can close the offer to new florists at any time; once you have the rate, closing it changes nothing for you. Both prices are before VAT. We do not charge VAT today; if we register for VAT, it will be added on top, with at least 30 days’ written notice.
We offer founding florists a direct WhatsApp line to the founders, Imran and Trey. We also offer them 1:1 sessions to help them get set up, and catch-ups with the founders for feedback, updates and new features, arranged with them.
Standard price £99 a month
The price once the founding offer has closed.
Both include:
- No commission on your sales
- No setup fee
- A 30-day free trial, card required
- No minimum term, cancel any time. Cancelling ends the founding rate.
In a year, that is £1,188 at £99 a month and £891 at £74.25 a month, before Stripe’s fees, which you pay to Stripe.
What the monthly fee covers
Your fee pays for the platform you trade on. In plain terms:
- Your shop website, on your own web address if you have one, and the editor to design it.Your shop website and design
- Order management, including phone orders, several recipients and printing.Orders and production
- Delivery rules, cut-off times, closed dates, bank holidays, holiday mode and click and collect.Delivery and collection
- Card payments set up through Stripe, numbered invoices, credit notes and monthly statements.Payments and invoices
- Customers, reports, and Google Analytics and Search Console figures on your dashboard once connected.Customers and reports
- The shopper concierge on your shop.AI
- A free move of your product text (names, descriptions, prices and categories) from your current website, whatever it’s built on. We do it for you.Moving over
- Sprout, the help chat in the portal, once it is switched on. At the moment we do not charge for it.Coming
What is not in the monthly fee
The fee does not cover these, so you will not meet them as a surprise.
- Stripe’s card fees. Stripe charges 1.5% + 20p on standard UK cards (other cards, such as EU and international cards, cost more; Stripe’s UK pricing page, checked 15 October 2026). You pay Stripe directly. We take no commission on top. Card payments go to your own Stripe account, less Stripe’s fees.
- Extra staff logins (coming soon): we expect them to be £5 a month each. Staff logins are not live yet. The price that applies is the one shown in the portal when you invite someone. The founding rate applies to the monthly fee, not to seats.
- The FloristGrow AI assistant. Coming, and a separate paid add-on. It is not part of the monthly fee.
- Your domain name, if you connect your own. You buy that from the company you register it with.
How the free trial works
We create your shop first. Then you add a card to start your free trial. Stripe’s page tells you nothing is charged today, and your dashboard shows the days you have left. After it, your fee is collected automatically from that card, monthly in advance.
Your 30-day free trial starts when you add a card, whether or not your shop is open yet, so we suggest finishing Stripe’s checks first. Cancel in the portal before it ends and you pay nothing.
Opening your shop also means a quick check with Stripe, who handle the payments — your business details and your bank details, and possibly photo ID — so your sales land straight in your own Stripe account.
Terms in plain English
- Minimum term
- None. Cancel any time. There is no cancellation fee, and cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing month. Cancelling ends the founding rate. If you come back later, you would pay the price then.
- Commission
- None on your sales. If you are a founding florist, we will not introduce a commission or transaction fee for you, at any notice. For every other florist, if we ever wanted to introduce one, we would give you at least 30 days’ written notice, and you could cancel before it took effect without paying it. (Platform agreement, clauses 4.5 and 6.5.)
- VAT
- Both prices are before VAT. We do not charge VAT today; if we register for VAT, it will be added on top, with at least 30 days’ written notice.
- The agreement
- Read it before you start.Platform agreement (opens in a new tab)
Is £99 the lowest price?
No. BloomScribe, Florist Touch and FloristPro all charge less per month than £99, as the comparison pages show, with their sources and the date we checked them. What £99 buys is the part of the platform built around a florist’s year: bank holidays one by one, holiday mode, seasonal categories that switch themselves on and off, one order to several recipients, and invoices with credit notes. Whether that is worth the difference is your call, and we would rather you made it with the numbers.
